Annatto: Also known as achiote pulvo this nearly flavorless bright orange-red powder is often used to enhance stews, such as chili, and to enhance the color in sauces. If you want to add a brighter color to your stew then Annatto is just what you need. It is also a great substitute for the vibrant color found in Sazon Goya and has no MSG or chemical-based salt.
